On Saturday, June 4, 40 Below is excited to partner with our sponsors, the Iron Ore Heritage Trail, the Cities of Ishpeming, Negaunee, and Marquette, Townships of Negaunee and Marquette, and the YMCA’s “Reach and Rise” program to present the second annual Iron Range Roll, a recreation event that celebrates the connection of our communities along the Iron Ore Heritage Trail. Volunteers are needed in Ishpeming, Negaunee and Marquette to assist with road crossings, water stations, setup, tear down and registration. To ensure the race goes off without a hitch, race day volunteers are required to attend a 30 minute volunteer training on Friday, June 3, at the Marquette Commons. 40 Below members and friends who are interested are asked to email [email protected] to sign up. Online volunteer registration will launch in spring.
