A doer of things, you may better know Justin Sailor as Bugsy. A native of Baraga, Michigan, Bugsy now calls Marquette home. He’s a 2006 graduate of Michigan State University with degrees in advertising and sociology.

Since graduating he has successfully achieved a number of goals. A partial list includes a year-long 50-state road trip across the country, which inspired the creation of Yooper Steez, Michigan’s original Upper Peninsula apparel brand. He is also the creator of Plaidurday, the Worldwide Celebration of Plaid, and succeeded in having a beer with Richard Branson after a long social media campaign.

Bugsy can also be found at Elegant Seagulls, where he creates websites and is an all-around nerd of the world wide web. Don’t be shy if you see him around town, he’ll likely offer to buy you a pasty or a coffee.
